Here's to a vibrant menopause journey in 2025!

Happy New Year, Reader!

2024 was FULL of exciting things happening in both my business and personal life, and I’d love to share some updates with you!

  • I moved to Prince George, BC, which is much more vegan-friendly than the small northern town where I was living.
  • I am currently planning a vacation in Egypt!
  • I released my Weight Loss Quick Start Mini-Course to help women create their personalized weight loss strategy.

Here are my favourite Instagram posts from 2024:

New on the blog:

Vegan icon, Victoria Moran, discusses Ayurveda, Menopause, and Aging Like a Yogi. In the interview, she shared personal experience with bioidentical hormones and some lifestyle practices to help with menopause.

January health tip:

If the early nightfall is leading to fatigue or depression, try getting 10-15 minutes of morning light exposure, whether from a walk outdoors or a SAD lamp. Essential oils from the citrus family (lemon, orange, grapefruit) can also help!

Hope these resources are helpful for you on your menopause journey!
