Menopause weight loss starts with small, doable steps

Hi Reader!

If you’ve been feeling frustrated, thinking that you should be spending hours at the gym to see results during menopause, I have good news:

You don’t need to hit the gym for an hour every day to see results.

In fact, combining structured exercise with regular, everyday movement (like walking, housework, or taking the stairs) can actually be more effective for menopausal weight loss.

When I lost my 25 pounds of menopause weight, I didn’t go to the gym at all — I simply added short bursts of enjoyable activities throughout the day.

In my latest blog post, I share how small, simple shifts in your daily routine can add up to big changes, without pressure or burnout.

Hi Reader, You come home from a long day and just want to collapse on the couch… …but as soon as you open the door, it’s “What’s for dinner?” Shoot. Dinner. So you start to improvise. It's simple, it's fast, it's loaded with vegan protein. And it's delicious. My omnivore husband loves it too. Tempeh...
