What really happens in my menopause coaching sessions

Hi Reader,

When women find out that I help vegan and vegetarian women in menopause feel better, lose weight, and improve their hormone health naturally, one of the first things they ask is:

“So… what actually happens during the sessions?”

I get it — coaching can feel mysterious if you’ve never experienced it before.
You might wonder whether I’ll address your specific challenges, like stubborn weight gain, hot flashes, digestive issues, bladder infections, or the brain fog and energy dips that seem to appear out of nowhere.
And if you’re not into meditation or yoga nidra, maybe you’re curious whether that’s going to be “required.”

These are all totally fair questions!

That’s why I’ve written a behind-the-scenes blog post that walks you through exactly what my one-on-one coaching looks like—so you can see how I meet you where you are and focus on what matters most to you.

Actually, there’s research showing that a well-planned, whole-foods vegan diet can actually improve menopause symptoms, support weight loss, and protect your long-term health. In one clinical trial, postmenopausal women who followed a...

vegan winter salads

Hi Reader, This morning, I woke up to snow, and it doesn’t look like it will melt anytime soon! I’m definitely in the mood for heartier, cozier meals. I still love my salads, even in winter, but crisp green lettuces just aren’t really available here at this time of year. So I thought I would send you a little Winter Salad Recipe Bundle: five colourful, nourishing, vegan salads using produce that’s easier to find in winter. vegan menopause protein

Hi Reader, This might be an unpopular opinion in the vegan community, but it’s something I see every day in my coaching practice:Many vegan women in midlife aren’t getting enough protein. Now before you roll your eyes and think, “Not this again…”, let me unpack this. Of course we can get enough protein from plants.
